The pass I bought doesn’t suit my needs, is it possible to change it?

If you wish to change your 3/7 season pass to another season pass, it is only possible to change it to an unlimited season pass, on payment of the difference in price between your original pass and the unlimited season pass.

How can I find out how many lifts or days I have left to ski?

All the information on the use of your pass will be available on your customer account. This information is updated every evening at 9pm and we will also send you an email to inform you of your usage. Please note that you will not be able to follow your usage in real time.

I haven't used all my days during the week, can I carry them over?

The 3 ski days must be used from Monday to Sunday; you can neither carry them over nor give them away. They are non-refundable.

Can I buy a pass for someone else?

Yes, you can. However, you should bear in mind that you cannot limit the use of the pass (i.e. to the planned 3 days only) and that you will be billed for any additional use.

Can I use the Olympe gondola lift?

Yes, the Olympe gondola is a ski lift, so the day you use it will be counted as a ski day.

If I decide to ski a 4th day one week, is it possible to add this day onto my season pass?

Yes, and you don't have to do anything. The one day pass will automatically be debited from your credit card the following Monday.

I would like to have a 3 Vallées extension, is it possible to add this to my 3/7 season pass?

No, it is not possible to add an extension onto your Vallée de Méribel 3/7 season pass. If you wish to ski in the 3 Vallées, you must buy a separate 3 Vallées day pass. You can do this either online on https://www.skipass-meribel.com/ or in person in the resort. It is essential to load this pass onto a different card than the one that holds your 3/7 pass.

I haven't used up my 2nd day, is it possible to use a lift as a non-skier?

Yes, but note that this will be counted as part of the second day included in the 3/7 pass.

I only ski half days, can I have 4 afternoons instead of 2 full days?

No, the 3/7 does not allow you to double up your ski days by skiing only half days.

What are the refund conditions if the ski area is closed?

I've been injured and I can't ski, can I postpone my subscription for this summer or next year?

Only if you have taken out insurance. There are no deferrals or credits. We invite you to contact your insurance company, or Carré Neige if you have taken out that insurance.

Can I lend my ski pass to someone else?

No, your ski pass is for personal use only. If you lend it and it is checked in the ski area, you risk having to pay a fine.
